A psychologist by training, I began training in hippotherapy and animal mediation at the beginning of my master's degree. During my studies I was particularly interested in issues such as harassment, palliative care, parenthood and disability. I continue to educate myself in these different areas through various trainings. I work in a therapy center from Monday to Saturday in Chaumont-Gistoux and in parallel I participate in the implementation and supervision of the pedagogical project of the Asbl Rire et grandir which welcomes children from 0 to 5 years old. Different issues can be worked on during therapy sessions: -disability -burn-out -palliative care -support in the face of illness -mourning support -harassment -personal development

As a passionate clinical psychologist and neuropsychologist, I help individuals overcome mental health challenges by adopting a holistic and personalized approach that respects each person's cultural background. My expertise as a practitioner of Ericksonian hypnosis and in applying cognitive-behavioral and systemic techniques allows me to offer comprehensive support for my clients. Aujourd’hui, je me consacre pleinement à mon activité en cabinet privé pour vous offrir un espace d’écoute et de transformation.

Master en doctor in de psychologie, erkend klinisch psycholoog en klinisch neuropsycholoog. Mijn verhaal brengt me terug naar 2012, toen ik mijn master klinische psychologie behaalde aan de Vrije Universiteit Brussel. Ik was altijd al geïnteresseerd in de veranderbare aspecten van onze persoonlijkheid. Ik kreeg er de kans om een doctoraat te behalen in de persoonlijkheidspsychologie. Hierdoor heb ik een theoretische expertise opgebouwd in persoonlijkheidsdiagnostiek doorheen de levensloop. Prestaties zichtbaar maken is echter niet waar mijn hart van oplaait. Deze kennis gebruiken om mensen effectief te helpen is waar mijn echte passie ligt. ​ Vanuit mijn interesse voor de invloed van de hersenen op ons gedrag heb ik een postgraduaat klinische neuropsychologie voltooid (VUB, 2020). Deze opleiding zorgde voor verdieping in cognitieve functies die aan de basis liggen van persoonlijkheidseigenschappen en veerkracht, en stelt me bovendien in staat om ook mensen met een neurologische aandoening psychologisch te begeleiden. ​ Sinds 2021 heb ik mijn kabinet als zelfstandig klinisch psycholoog in Gooik en sinds 2022 ook in Moorsel (Aalst) en Ninove. Hier voel ik me op mijn best. Ik krijg energie van mensen te helpen door de ideale omstandigheden te creëren zodat die persoon kan schitteren.

My area of ​​expertise is focused on adults, as individuals, as a couple or as a family, from the age of 18. Currently, I am engaged in continuing education to obtain the inter-university certificate in alcoholology. Mon approche s’adapte à chaque personne : à son rythme, à son histoire, à ses besoins. J’accorde une grande importance à la bienveillance, à l’écoute et à la confiance qui se construit au fil des rencontres.

Dans mes accompagnements, j’utilise également des outils concrets, comme des exercices de respiration ou d’attention aux sensations corporelles, pour apaiser les tensions et permettre au corps d’exprimer ce que les mots ne disent pas toujours.

Mon souhait est d’offrir un espace simple et chaleureux, où l’on peut déposer ce que l’on vit et traverser les événements du quotidien avec un peu plus de douceur.
