Alexandre is a sports physiotherapist who has evolved with the values of team sports. For him, bringing a group to success will always be his primary objective! His care is directed towards adult patients with more orthopedic pathologies (fractures, sprains, muscle tears, tendinopathies, neck pain, pre- and postoperative care, special expertise for the shoulder, ...) and/or neurological. I graduated in Kinesitherapy and Rehabilitation from the Université Libre de Bruxelles in 2021. In addition to general and ortho-traumatic kinesitherapy, I also practice manual therapy and posturology. I am also following a specialized training in sports physiotherapy since August in order to improve my skills in this field. I have been practicing sports since I was very young, and as a former karate teacher in an international school and black belt (2nd dan) I am passionate about sports and its effects. My ability to listen and my human skills have been recognized by my teachers, I make it a point of honor to make your health my priority. Sessions can be conducted in several languages, including Italian, English, French and Spanish.

Passionate about sports since his youth, especially basketball, the practitioner is currently practicing with the Phoenix Brussels Basketball (Division 1). He also practices within the Brugmann hospitals (Neurology Rehabilitation & Intensive Care). He can provide you with abdominal reeducation care, help you to free yourself from your back pain, lumbago, notably with the help of crocheting, suction cups or free yourself from your joint pain. He also takes care of rehabilitation, home visits, bone problems, sports injuries, hand, wrist or neck pain. He holds a master's degree in physical therapy from HELB and is specialized in sports physical therapy. His consultations are conducted in French or English.

I graduated in 2012 and continue to educate myself on a regular basis in order to stay current and provide my patients with the best possible care. I am oriented as much as possible towards evidence-based practice (practice that combines the best scientific evidence and takes into account the patient's preferences). I provide general physical therapy (orthopedics, rheumatology, neurology, cardiology, respiratory physical therapy, post-natal physical therapy, chronic pain) and help with the initiation or resumption of sports activities. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Physiotherapy and a Master’s degree from KU Leuven, where I specialize in Rehabilitation Science with a focus on Manual Therapy for Spinal Disorders and Chronic Pain Rehabilitation. I am currently a candidate for the European Diploma in Pain Physiotherapy.

Additionally, I am a research assistant at Pain in Motion and Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB), where I contribute to chronic pain research. I focus on the biopsychosocial factors and personalize my therapeutic plan depending on the needs of the patient.
