Diplômée d'un master en kinésithérapie à l'Université Catholique de Louvain en 2022, je suis passionnée par le fonctionnement du corps humain et animée par l’envie d’accompagner mes patients dans leur rétablissement et leur bien-être.

Mon parcours sportif m’a permis de développer une approche dynamique et personnalisée de la kinésithérapie, que j’applique dans différents domaines tels que l’orthopédie, la traumatologie, la gériatrie, et bien d’autres.

With 9 years of practice in a medical center, I have enriched my practice with exchanges with my colleagues doctors, nurses, psychologists,... Through my various trainings, I have specialized in the treatment of joint, muscle and nerve pain (sciatica, cervicobrachialgia,...), pregnancy support and respiratory kinesiology for babies. I followed the 2 year certificate in manual therapy at UCL and other trainings (Trigger Points, Maitland, Stecco Fasciatherapy, Mulligan, neurodynamics,...) which give me many strings to my bow to help you with your back pain, neck, shoulder, knee, headaches, osteoarthritis,... Physiotherapy, for me, is a collaborative work with the patient. I like to share my knowledge of the body and its pathologies to help you better understand and manage your pain. Passionate about pregnancy, I accompany mothers and couples to prepare for childbirth. My goal is to give them the necessary resources and advice concerning breathing, labor positions, effective pushing,... Nassim is a physical therapist graduating in June 2021. Although he has a master's degree in low back pain, he is able to manage musculoskeletal disorders in a general way, while adapting to the patient and offering specific follow-up. As a young graduate, Nassim has been educated with the latest recommendations in kinesiology and management. He will be able to advise you and answer your questions in the most relevant way. Following a training in sports kinesiology at the UCL, he aspires to train as much as possible in order to remain as close as possible to scientific rigor. He covers the fields of general physiotherapy (orthopedic, neuromuscular, musculoskeletal disorders, revalidation, rehabilitation...), sports physiotherapy (rehabilitation according to the practice, reathletization, ...), pre/post-operation physiotherapy (reinforcement, rehabilitation...) and finally cardiorespiratory physiotherapy.

Young and motivated, I welcome you in my office for physiotherapy sessions. A complete care, centered on the well-being, adapted to your needs, towards a maximum autonomy and all in benevolence represents my way of seeing the physiotherapy.
