Mélanie van Wassenhove est vraiment à l’écoute de son patient . Elle conseille des exercices à faire à domicile , quotidiennement, pour favoriser la rééducation et soutenir le travail effectué à son cabinet .

J'ai consulté une kinésithérapeute qui travaille de manière méthodique, donne des explications claires et accorde une attention particulière à la prévention et à la condition physique générale. Un suivi et des soins de qualité sont d'autant plus importants que mes activités de danse sollicitent fortement mes pieds et mes jambes. Le fait que le traitement des pieds ait déjà eu un effet positif notable montre que l'approche est bien adaptée à ma situation. La régularité, des exercices adaptés et une progression graduelle de l'effort sont souvent essentiels à cet égard. Pour les semaines à venir, j'envisage des exercices pour la mobilité de la cheville et les muscles du pied, ainsi qu'un programme de récupération après les activités de danse et de prévention de la surcharge des genoux, des hanches et du bas du dos. Je souhaite rester mobile et souple plus longtemps.
