Franchement déçu. Sur Dr Anytime, il n’est pas clairement dit que le praticien est déconventionné (pas les « àpd 31,34 € » annoncés sur Dr Anytime) ni qu’il facture 20€ de plus sa première seance pour « frais administratifs » (à savoir mettre une carte id dans un lecteur et encoder la prescription?). On a pris 15 minutes de retard (ma responsabilité car il me manquait certains documents), et ai du donc payer 67,50€ pour 10 minutes de massage de pied. Ça fait un peu cher. Peut être que les règles sont les règles mais un peu de bon sens et de flexibilité, ça ne fait pas de mal.

Bonjour, Je vous remercie pour votre retour et je regrette que votre expérience ne vous ait pas satisfait. Je me permets toutefois d’apporter quelques précisions. Mon statut de kinésithérapeute déconventionné figure sur mon profil Doctor Anytime, dans les conditions acceptées lors de la prise de rendez-vous, dans les mails de confirmation et de rappel, ainsi que sur les affiches présentes en salle d’attente, où mes tarifs sont également indiqués. Par ailleurs, les frais liés à la première séance ne relèvent pas d’un choix personnel : ils correspondent à l’ouverture du dossier kinésithérapeutique, que la réglementation m’impose de facturer. Concernant la séance elle-même, il me semble réducteur de la résumer à dix minutes de massage. Malgré les quinze minutes de retard, que vous reconnaissez avec franchise, j’ai tenu à réaliser l’entretien, le bilan complet et à vous proposer un plan de traitement adapté, ce qui constitue l’essentiel d’une première consultation. Je ne pouvais en revanche pas prolonger la séance au delà de l’horaire prévu, les patients suivants ayant eux aussi droit à leur rendez-vous à l’heure. Enfin un kiné qui fait vraiment la différence ! Très à l’écoute, précis dans son diagnostic et clairement passionné par son métier. Il ne se contente pas de traiter la douleur : il cherche à en comprendre la cause et explique clairement ce qu’il fait. Résultat : une nette amélioration de mes douleurs aux genoux. Compétent, efficace et humain. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Une très belle découverte ! On me l’avait vivement recommandé et je comprends maintenant pourquoi. À l’écoute, très professionnel et surtout très compétent, il prend vraiment le temps de comprendre l’origine du problème plutôt que de simplement traiter la douleur. Après avoir longtemps souffert des genoux, j’ai enfin ressenti une vraie amélioration. Un grand merci pour la qualité du suivi et les précieux conseils. Je recommande vivement !
