Je suis également formée au Pilates Matwork 1 ce qui me permet de vous proposer des exercices de revalidation doux afin de renforcer les muscles centraux et d'équilibrer le corps.

Depuis toujours lié au corps, en premier temps en tant que Préparateur Physique dans différents domaines, puis du côté des soins de santé avec une vision du "corps en mouvement" (on est fait pour bouger).
