Je m'appelle Jordi, espagnol d'origine, mais depuis quelques années installé sur Bruxelles!

Depuis toujours lié au corps, en premier temps en tant que Préparateur Physique dans différents domaines, puis du côté des soins de santé avec une vision du "corps en mouvement" (on es fait pour bouger).

L'importance d'une bonne anamnèse, d'une bonne réflexion autour de la personne, des problèmes qui se présentent, et bien comprendre le tout pour une meilleure prise en charge fait partie des priorités dans la prise en charge, pas seulement soulager, sinon essayer de trouver le problème de base (d'origine) et d'essayer de l'enlever et/ou le corriger.

Jérôme Saifi has a Master's degree in physiotherapy with great distinction from the Haute-École Libre de Bruxelles. He is a passionate physiotherapist who focuses his treatment on patient autonomy. He welcomes you in his office located in Forest, Rue Cervantes 94, 500m from altitude 100. Specialized in sports physiotherapy, he is a physiotherapist of the first team of the soccer club RS Forestoise. His experience in the Queen Fabiola University Children's Hospital, in different rest homes and in different paramedical centers/cabinets allows him to take care of children, adults and elderly people. Appointments can be made online and very quickly!

Pierre-Victor Andouard, physical therapist, graduated from HELB in physical therapy in 2019. He specializes in sports physical therapy, revalidation and orthopedics/traumatology. He welcomes you in the Medical Center in Jourdan. He has participated in several conferences such as; Kiné sport, Reathletisation, Préparation sportive, Fibrolyse myoponevrotique".

Graduated from a master in physical therapy in 2017, my practice is focused on a manual approach, centered on the patient, his needs and his goals in order to best adjust the treatment. My years of experience in various institutions (Institut Jules Bordet - treatment of cancer patients, Hôpital Molière-Lonchamp, Centre Keops) have enabled me to acquire the ability to treat patients in a way that is adapted to each individual. I am currently studying osteopathy at the CBO (Collège Belge d'Ostéopathie)

Located in Forest, on the border of Ixelles, St-Gilles and Uccle, Claire is oriented towards the care of musculoskeletal pain. She receives you for orthopedic treatments, post-operation, scoliosis, or for global muscular reinforcement in prevention of sports injuries. She is particularly interested in shoulder pain, low back pain and neck pain as well as issues related to chronic pain. Trained and certified in STOTT Pilates, she incorporates it into her treatments in order to help patients strengthen their muscles and develop their proprioception. Her goal is to bring people to know their body better and to use it without fear. She regularly trains and questions herself in order to provide her patients with treatments that are validated by the scientific community while being oriented by her own qualities as well as by the individuality of each patient. She transmits her knowledge to the patient and guides him/her in order to make him/her autonomous in his/her treatment and to keep the acquired knowledge beyond the consultation period.
