As a psychologist, I have decided to focus my practice on both the assessment and management of young adults, adults and the elderly. Psychological and neuropsychological assessments can be requested and performed for diagnostic purposes. Assessment of cognitive functions (memory, attentional functions, executive functions, language, etc.) is usually considered following a head injury, when a degenerative disease is suspected or in the context of other neurological pathologies. I also perform IQ assessments in the context of logopedic reimbursements and suspicion of high potential or mental retardation. These psychological and neuropsychological assessments can also be performed in the context of psychological expertises. In therapy, the persons I receive are confronted with various problems such as a psychological trauma, a personality disorder, depression, malaise, anxiety, anxiety attacks, burnout, professional difficulties, harassment (moral and/or sexual), bereavement, etc.

After a master's degree in psychology, I trained in analytical psychotherapy, psychoanalysis and systemic psychotherapy. I welcome in my private practice young adults, adults and seniors who wish to be accompanied in a personal journey. Consultations are by appointment only.

Mon approche se veut bienveillante, personnalisée et centrée sur la relation thérapeutique. Ainsi, il peut s'agir d'un accompagnement ponctuel comme d'un accompagnement sur du plus long therme.

Spécialisée en psychologie clinique, j’interviens sur diverses problématiques telles que l'addiction, l’anxiété, la dépression, les troubles relationnels, les transitions de vie (divorce, naissance, deuil,...) ou encore les questionnements identitaires.

Chaque accompagnement est unique : je propose un cadre sécurisant et confidentiel pour permettre à chacun d’exprimer ses difficultés, d’explorer ses ressources, et d’avancer à son rythme vers un mieux-être.

Je consulte en français et en espagnol, en présentiel à Laeken. La vidéo consultation est également possible si nécessaire.

In my practice in Brussels I receive adults for individual therapy. The issues with which I work the most are addictions, anxiety, self-esteem, depression, migratory grief of expats, stress, as well as problems of couple, sexuality, and problems related to the acceptance of sexual orientation and gender identity (LGBTIQ+). Psychotherapy is a very useful tool for people suffering from depression, anxiety or worry over a prolonged period of time, by people who see that they have problems that are affecting their physical and emotional well-being or people who do not see themselves capable of facing an event such as a new job, a divorce or mourning for the loss of a family member.

Psychologue clinicienne formée à l'UCL, je reçois dans ma pratique privée des enfants, adolescents, ainsi que des adultes, pour des thématiques variées ; anxiété, déprime, trauma, difficultés d'ordre somatique, relationnel, comportemental, identitaire, ... Les patient.es arrivent tantôt avec une problématique/question précise, tantôt avec un mal-être plus diffus, difficilement définissable. Je travaille également aux Cliniques Universitaires Saint-Luc, en service de Cardiologie, et au sein de l'équipe de transplantation cardiaque. Formée à la psychothérapie d'orientation analytique (4 ans de formation supplémentaires après les études universitaires), le travail thérapeutique est pour moi avant tout une rencontre. Une rencontre unique, empreinte d'humanité entre le/la thérapeute et le/la patient.e, qui facilitera pour ce.tte dernier.e une rencontre authentique avec soi, à son rythme.

Je reçois des adolescents et des adultes qui rencontrent des difficultés variées (traumatisme, choc émotionnel, souffrance, anxiété….). Les patients arrivent parfois avec une problématique claire, parfois avec un questionnement plus diffus. Ensemble, nous réfléchissons aux objectifs de la thérapie. J’utilise régulièrement l’hypnose conversationnelle stratégique (hypnose PTR), qui permet de désensibiliser des éléments douloureux du passé et reprendre le contrôle. Je suis très attentive au bien être des patients, et m'adapte autant à leurs besoins que à leur rythme.
