My name is Natacha Langerman, and I'm a therapist specializing in 4F Method, hypnotherapy and trauma desensitization (EMDR - eye movements).


I have also trained as a practitioner in psychopathology and psychotraumatology, as well as in neuroscience, so that I can support my clients with a sound knowledge base.


My therapeutic tools enable me to offer fast, effective support (usually just a few sessions) for simple and complex psychotraumatic issues, phobias, weight loss, smoking cessation, lack of self-confidence, blockages, stress, anxiety and more.


I do video consultations (quicker appointments) and in person appointments (longer delays).

Je suis très très redevable a Natasha de m'avoir initie à l'hypnose pour l'arrêt de la cigarette ... cela fait plus de 4 mois et j'en suis très fière. Je me rend compte de la puissance de cet exercice à chaque rendez vous ... Lors d'une séance, j'ai même retrouve l'odeur de ma mère, déjà disparue. donc en conclusion l'écoute et aux questions de Natasha qui m'ont même permis de trouvé l'arrêt du tabac relativement facile!
