I'm a psychologist graduated from the Catholic University of Louvain. I spent more than 10 years in the business world where I had the opportunity to observe people facing change, conflict situations, burnout and the desire for professional retraining. I was also interested in the dynamics that exist between hierarchical superiors, employees as well as that of colleagues among themselves. ​ Today, in addition to my Master's degree in psychology, I am a certified coach and I support you in requests such as: ​ 1. I accompany adults in discomfort or questioning, in relation to private difficulties (anxiety, hypersensitivity, parental exhaustion, illness, ...) and/or situations of suffering at work (loss of meaning, stress, burn-out, toxic relationships, harassment, ...). Psychologist (N° approval 722202443) and prevention consultant in companies for 20 years, I adapt to your individual situation by proposing tools such as hypnosis, sophrology, life coaching or art therapy. These tools allow you to connect with yourself and your resources, the first step towards a rapid wellness. I also receive you (after an initial interview) for walking coaching sessions (in the forest ).

As a psychologist and sexologist based in Brussels, I support your journey towards well-being, whether you're dealing with mental health challenges like depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, phobias, or obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). I specialise in sleep disorders and difficulties related to sexuality, including sexual orientation, gender identity, and relationship problems. I offer caring and inclusive psychological support (LGBTQIA+), adapted to your specific needs.

My practice is based on cognitive-behavioral and emotional therapies, such as ACT therapy (acceptance and commitment therapy) and schema therapy, to help you build a more fulfilled and balanced life. My approach is centered on individuals and couples, with the aim of promoting your well-being and personal development.
