I offer individual or couples therapy in the warm and welcoming PsyCol center at Schuman, either in French, English, or German. Fueled by an unending curiosity for our human potential, I started out my journey as a neuroscientist at the University of Freiburg, exploring the effects of meditation on the brain. My desire to support others on their paths of personal growth then led me to the practice of psychotherapy.
My expertise includes person-centered psychotherapy, trauma therapy, yoga therapy, and a special expertise in essential psychotherapy, an innovative approach integrating meditative practices into psychotherapy. Since 2024, I've also had the pleasure of teaching at the Institute of Essential Psychotherapy. Moreover, my professional journey has been enriched through collaborations and advocacy for neurodiverse communities and individuals, aiming to facilitate their personal growth, mental well-being, and flourishing.
Whether it be to explore specific questions, overcoming challenges, addressing deeper distress (depression, anxiety, isolation, grief, trauma, etc.), or continuing a journey of personal growth and development, you're warmly welcomed into a judgment-free and supportive space.
Here are some areas that might inspire you to consider a consultation:
• Personal development and growth
• Stress management and burnout prevention
• Cultivation of fulfilling and enriching relationships
• Healing processes following traumatic experiences
• Reduction of anxiety and development of inner calm
• Strengthening self-assertion and self-esteem
• Developing skills for a balanced emotional life
• Supportive guidance to embrace neurodiversity
• Support and guidance in grieving processes
• Guidance in meditation and integrated spirituality
Passionate about understanding the wisdom inherent in our emotions, I focus on exploring and understanding feelings, recognizing their potential to enrich our lives and guide us towards what truly matters for us. Experiential approaches like focusing (body awareness work), mindfulness (finding calm amidst chaos), and compassion-based methods (inner child work, inner family systems) particularly inspire my practice. Furthermore, I'm trained in various trauma approaches (EMDR, imaginative, systemic).
I offer myself and my expertise by integrating these diverse methods into person-centered therapy, a collaborative approach based on your unique experiences.
If you're uncertain about this process, feel free to reach out via phone or email. I'd be happy to address any questions you may have.
