Psychologue à l'écoute, sans jugement, qui s'est directement adapté à mes demandes. Il a effectué des exercices avec moi à distance (scan corporel notamment) et en a expliqué les bienfaits. Il m'a donné des 'devoirs' à faire à la maison et essayé de creuser avec moi pour avoir des pistes de réflexion, mais surtout pour me faire prendre conscience de mes valeurs et de ce qui était important pour moi dans la vie (ATC). J'ai hâte d'avoir un suivi sur le long terme avec Thomas, merci!

À l'écoute, compréhension de ce qui est vécu, très naturel, douceur dans l’approche, propose des outils concrets. Je ne savais pas vers quel professionnel aller car c'est toujours compliqué d choisir et puis j'avais lu dans un commentaire qu'il avait beaucoup d'empathie. C’est ce qui m'a décidé à aller vers lui. Et franchement je suis tombée au bon endroit. Son approche me correspond totalement ainsi que sa posture professionnelle. Je suis rentrée avec un poids et en suis ressortie plus allégée avec des prises de conscience à la première séance. Je sens que c'est le bon psychologue pour m’aider à avancer.

Une personne a l'écoute avec de l'empathie, il parvient à vous comprendre sans rester muet comme beaucoup d'autres, c'est un réel échange entre le praticien le patient a la recherche permanente de soutien et solution, en tout ça pour moi le praticien convient totalement a mes attentes
