Mon travail est porté sur l’humain et son fonctionnement, avec comme enjeu d’accompagner celles et ceux qui ont du mal à s’ajuster au monde, en mettant en place des solutions alternatives, dans une dynamique imaginaire non cristallisante…

« La force de l’EMDR – quand la parole ne suffit pas » (EMDR BELGIUM, 2025). Pour différents registres de problématiques, j’utilise l’EMDR, notamment en ce qui concerne les registres de la responsabilité (estime de soi, culpabilité), de la sécurité, ou du contrôle (impuissance). L’EMDR intègre aussi bien les pensées et les émotions dans le processus thérapeutique que les sensations corporelles, et présente l’avantage d’offrir un traitement efficace avec des effets durables dans le temps, apportant un allègement du symptôme (angoisse et phobie, burnout, dépression, problèmes relationnels et intrafamiliaux, deuil, sexualité, TSPT…).


Regard sur ma pratique neuropsychologique :


J’ancre ma pratique dans une approche globale et spécifique, où l’entretien clinique demeure l’outil central de ma démarche, permettant ainsi d’explorer en profondeur les vécus, les représentations, et les dynamiques individuelles de chacun·e. Mes entretiens peuvent être enrichis par l’utilisation d’outils standardisés, qui viennent soutenir mon analyse, sans pour autant s’y substituer. La mise en perspective des informations recueillies et des interrogations cliniques me permet de faire émerger une trajectoire d’évaluation, orientant le choix d’outils spécifiques, contribuant, de fait, à la singularisation de mon accompagnement…
