In therapy, you don’t need to have a perfectly formulated request for help. You may notice that your past keeps influencing you, that you lose yourself in relationships, struggle with intimacy, feel easily overwhelmed, or simply need a place where you can speak honestly. We always start from what you bring.

As a clinical psychologist, I offer a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space to pause together and explore what is going on. I work in an integrative way. We look at recurring patterns, how you relate to your emotions, and how you position yourself in relation to others and to yourself. There is attention for both conscious and less conscious processes. The aim is not only insight, but also change that becomes tangible in your daily life. Through my additional training as a sexologist, themes around intimacy and sexuality can also be included when relevant.

We also consider the broader context in which you live and how it may shape how you feel and relate to others, such as your background, identity, environment, or experiences of feeling at home or not. Your personal story always remains the starting point.

Through the website, you can easily schedule a first appointment at a time that works for you. A first session is mainly an introduction, where we look together at what you need.
