En tant que psychologue et psychothérapeute, j'ai toujours eu un grand intérêt pour le soutien, le mieux-être de chacun et le développement personnel.

 

J'ai étudié la psychologie clinique à l'Université Libre de Bruxelles où je me suis particulièrement intéressée à la dépression et à l'anxiété. C'est également à l'université que j'ai découvert les thérapies familiales et la psychologie de la santé.

 

Afin d'enrichir ma pratique, je me suis formée à la psycho-oncologie, à la psychothérapie des familles et des couples (appelée systémique), à l'art-thérapie et à la relaxation.

 

J'utilise toute une palette d'outils dans mes interventions, de la méditation à l'art-thérapie en passant bien sûr par la parole, en m'adaptant à chaque fois au besoin de mes patients.

 

En parallèle à ma pratique en psychothérapie, je coanime les Ateliers Symbiose dont le but est d'apprendre à gérer ses émotions, j'organise des groupes de supervision clinique pour les intervenants psycho-médico-sociaux et je publie du contenu sur Youtube et Instagram.

Je recommande chaudement Mme Aala Amdjadi, pour ses compétences en tant que psychologue en thérapie systémique. Elle m'accueil toujours avec beaucoup de bienveillance. Elle m'aide à y voir plus clair et amène toujours un point de vue pertinent. Elle me soutient dans ma pensée et me laisse travailler à mon rythme.
