I have over 20 years of experience supporting, coaching and working with families, couples and individuals with behavioral, anxiety, trauma, attachment and social health issues, emotional and mental. I completed a Masters in Psychology, Special Needs, and Education, and completed numerous training programs in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strategic Life Coaching, Social Work Counseling, Child and Adolescent Counseling, Acceptance and Disorder Therapy. Engagement, EFT/TFT Tapping Practitioner, EMDR Training, How to Constellate: Family Constellations and Art Therapy; With my extensive experience in individual and family coaching, I will help and support you every step of the way so that you can improve your communication, develop greater self-acceptance and self-esteem, and better manage your emotions.
