Je propose un espace d'écoute bienveillant et confidentiel pour les adolescents et adultes souhaitant déposer ce qui les traverse, mieux comprendre leurs difficultés et retrouver un équilibre psychique.


Mon approche est analytique et systémique. Je m’intéresse aux systèmes qui vous supportent et aux dynamiques qui vous singularisent.

L’idée est que vous puissiez avoir un espace où votre parole est libre : vous êtes co-constructeur·rice avec moi de la manière de vous ré approprier votre vécu.


J’accompagne une grande variété de problématiques telles que le stress post-traumatique, les troubles anxieux, les affects dépressifs, les troubles dissociatifs, les difficultés relationnelles, le manque de confiance en soi, l'accompagnement du deuil, l'accompagnement à la parentalité, l'accompagnement des couples, ...


Je suis formée à la psychologie interculturelle, aux théories du genre (LGBTQI+ friendly), et aux questions de neurodivergence.

My approach is both analytical and systemic. I am interested in both the systems that support you and the dynamics that make you unique.


The aim is to provide a space where your voice is free: you are a co-creator, together with me, in finding ways to re-appropriate your lived experience.


I support a wide range of concerns, including post-traumatic stress, anxiety disorders, depressive affects, dissociative symptoms, relational difficulties, low self-confidence, grief support, parenting support, and couples therapy.


I am trained in intercultural psychology, gender studies (LGBTQI+ friendly), and neurodiversity.

    Hello, 45 year old woman, diagnosed with ADHD at 42, on Elvanse 30 mg for the past year after initially on Medikinet 30 mg which had to be switched off due to high anxiety and mood swings side effects kicked in. I have been experiencing quite a lot of blurry vision and realize my eyesight is deteriorating (mainly in reading and close range, which I didn't have before) in the past 6 months. I consulted an ophthalmologist who said it might be the side effects of the medication and that I don't need to change my glasses but do optometry exercises to support my eye focus capacity. Would any other specialist have a view on this being something they've encountered? Any suggestions on how to know what the right approach is? Thank you
