De ontwikkeling van een beter zelfbeeld en werken aan je eigen emoties zijn hierin een eerste stap voor mij. Naast mijn carrière als psychologe en het volgen van opleidingen is het volgen van een eigen psychotherapie, een traject van zelfbewustwording en groei die ik gedurende vier jaar heb gevolgd, een van mijn persoonlijke sterktes in mijn eigen werk en ontwikkeling. Met deze bagage bied ik je graag mijn hulp aan om je te begeleiden naar het in eigen handen nemen van je leven.

Sudie heeft ons de laatste maanden enorm goed geholpen. Ik kwam in een post natale depressie/burn-out terecht. Ik had veel emoties en weinig zelfrespect. Sudie helpte mij iedere sessie verder om te werken aan zelfliefde en het respecteren van mijn grenzen. Ook werkte ze aan onze trauma's/slecht gelopen ervaringen van de voorbije maanden en helpte ze ons op weg om alles te verwerken. Ik kan Sudie zeker aanraden als je graag 1 op 1 rustig babbelt met iemand die je huiswerk geeft en jou echt wilt helpen op weg naar een mooier leven.
