Je suis psychologue clinicienne agrée et j’utilise principalement les thérapies cognitivo-comportementales (TCC).

J’accompagne les adultes en séance individuelle dans un cadre bienveillant et confidentiel,.

Mon approche est collaborative : nous explorons ensemble vos difficultés et les pistes possibles pour améliorer votre qualité de vie.

Chaque séance dure 45 minutes et se déroule au centre Evidence-Psy à Ixelles

Le tarif est de 65 euros. Une partie peut être remboursée par votre mutuelle, selon ses conditions.

La prise de rendez-vous se fait en ligne via l’agenda.

Les TCC sont des thérapies concrètes et centrées sur le présent. Elles permettent d’identifier les pensées, émotions et comportements qui entretiennent une souffrance, puis de travailler à mettre en place des stratégies plus adaptées.
