My name is Irina Alexandru. I conduct sessions in both English and Romanian and I offer a free 20-minute initial discussion to help you see if we're a good fit. I am a licensed psychologist and a Tony Robbins coach, currently in my final year of training in Emotionally Focused Psychotherapy (EFT) and Systemic Couples and Family Psychotherapy. I'm dedicated to helping individuals cultivate a deep inner sense of safety and connection. My practice is a safe and welcoming space for everyone, including LGBTQ+ individuals.

I have experience addressing challenges such as anxiety, stress, burnout, eating disorders, life coaching, the transition to entrepreneurship, communication difficulties, and relationship struggles.

In my practice, I work collaboratively with each person, supporting them in the direction they choose and on the goals they set for themselves — or that we define together, based on their needs and aspirations.

My work focuses on creating a safe space, building a strong therapeutic bond, identifying and transforming negative mental and emotional patterns, strengthening inner resources, and using the body to foster emotional security that supports personal growth and well-being.
