Je propose un espace d’écoute bienveillant, où chaque personne peut venir déposer ce qu’elle traverse, à son rythme et en toute confidentialité. Mon intention est d’offrir un cadre sécurisant et respectueux, favorisant un temps pour soi, un lieu pour comprendre, ressentir et progressivement se reconnecter à ses ressources intérieures.


Chaque séance est avant tout une rencontre humaine, un moment d’échange et de réflexion au sein duquel nous avançons ensemble selon vos besoins et votre manière d’être. Consciente que chaque histoire est unique, j’ajuste mon accompagnement à votre réalité, à votre rythme et à vos besoins spécifiques. Mon approche se construit ainsi dans le respect de votre singularité et de votre parcours.
