Psychologue clinicienne, j’accompagne les adolescents, les jeunes adultes et les adultes qui traversent une période difficile, mais aussi ceux qui se questionnent sur eux-mêmes ou qui souhaitent simplement déposer leur vécu afin de se sentir mieux. Nous traversons tous, à un moment ou un autre, des périodes où les choses se bousculent : l’anxiété qui s’installe, les relations qui se compliquent ou des questions identitaires qui émergent. Il est alors essentiel pour moi d’offrir un espace sécurisant et bienveillant, où chacun peut se sentir entendu et où le lien de confiance se construit dans le respect et l’absence de jugement. 


Mon approche s’appuie principalement sur la thérapie cognitivo-comportementale, une approche qui me permet de proposer des outils concrets et adaptés à chacune des problématiques. Mon objectif est d’offrir un accompagnement personnalisé et en profondeur, adapté au rythme et aux besoins de chacun.
