J’accueille des personnes souffrant de difficultés passagères (événements de vie compliqués, situations sociales, conjugales ou professionnelles difficiles, …), souffrant d’anxiété ou de dépression, ou bien encore de psychopathologies plus lourdes (problèmes d’addiction, psychoses et schizophrénie, …).

Mon accompagnement thérapeutique repose sur la psychothérapie humaniste qui considère la personne dans toute sa complexité et sa globalité. Elle est également fondée sur l’idée que chaque personne détient en elle les capacités pour répondre à ses besoins et surmonter ses difficultés. J’ai pour objectif de vous proposer un espace sécurisant à l'intérieur duquel vous pouvez découvrir vos ressources, mieux vous comprendre et vous accepter, changer vos attitudes et comportements, ou encore tendre vers un mieux-être, tout en respectant votre propre rythme et en ne portant aucun jugement.
