Animée depuis toujours par l’envie d’accompagner l’autre dans ses traversées de vie, j’ai choisi de me former à la psychologie pour mieux comprendre la richesse et la complexité de l’humain. J’ai à cœur de proposer un espace bienveillant et sécurisant, où chacun peut déposer ce qu’il traverse, sans crainte d’être jugé.


Inscrite dans le courant humaniste, je porte un regard profondément positif sur chaque personne et ses ressources. J’aime allier le dialogue thérapeutique à des interventions psychocorporelles, convaincue que le corps et l’esprit sont intimement liés dans le processus de transformation. Mon accompagnement se veut doux et respectueux du rythme de chacun, avec l’intention d’ouvrir des espaces pour mieux se comprendre, se reconnecter à soi et retrouver du souffle dans ce qui pèse.


Il n’est pas toujours simple de se confier, j'en suis tout à fait consciente. Ainsi, je vous proposerai toujours un thé ou un verre d’eau avant de débuter, c’est tout de même plus agréable ainsi, non ?
