Psychologue clinicienne diplômée de l’Université catholique de Louvain, j’accompagne les adolescents et les adultes dans les périodes de doute, de fatigue émotionnelle ou de transition de vie.

Guidée par les valeurs humanistes, j’ancre ma pratique dans une approche centrée sur la personne, où l’empathie, la bienveillance et l’authenticité sont au cœur de la relation thérapeutique.

Je vous accueille au centre Médica+, à deux pas de l'Hopital du Bois de l'Abbaye à Seraing. Je propose également des consultations à domicile ainsi que des consultations vidéo (notamment en cas d’agoraphobie, de difficultés de déplacement ou de perte d’autonomie).

Ensemble, nous prendrons le temps de comprendre ce que vous vivez, dans un espace sécurisant et sans jugement, pour avancer à votre rythme vers ce qui fait sens pour vous.

Elle était très à l’écoute. J’ai très bien vécu ma première séance chez une psychologue. Elle m’a mis à l’aise en me laissant m’exprimer tout en me posant des questions si besoin pour mieux me comprendre. J’ai apprécié le fait que nous décidons du projet thérapeutique que nous allons travailler dans les prochaines séances.
