Psychologue et psychothérapeute systémique et familiale, je propose des consultations individuelles pour les personnes traversant des difficultés professionnelles, relationnelles, personnelles ou familiales.


En tant que psychothérapeute systémicienne, je m'intéresse aux dynamiques relationnelles et aux schémas répétitifs - ces comportements qui se répètent mais qui ne nous conviennent pas.


L'accompagnement que je propose vise à prendre du recul, prendre conscience de ce qui se joue pour arriver à faire un pas de côté et trouver une solution, ensemble, qui vous conviendrait mieux. Pour cela nous utilisons vos ressources internes et lorsque la parole sera trop chargée émotionnellement, nous utiliserons, dans une co-construction, ce que nous appelons des "objets flottants". Les objets flottants sont des "outils" aidant à parler d'une situation de manière symbolique, ce qui permet de prendre du recul et d'explorer d'autres points de vue.
