Pour un premier rendez-vous (anamnèse), Monsieur Leclercq est quelqu'un de bienveillant et pratique une écoute très active du patient. Il instaure d'office un dialogue de confiance, posant des questions très pertinentes. La conversation continue au cours de diverses palpations. S'ensuivent quelques conseils et suggestions concrètes par rapport au "problème". On se sent écouté et en confiance.
