Bonjour, Je Suis ravie de ma consultation d'hier avec Virginie Remy et j'ai rempli le questionnaire uniquement pour pouvoir écrire ce présent texte. Mais je suis très choquée par cette demande d'évaluation. Je n'ai pas envie de participer à cette banalisation de l'évaluation à tort et à travers qui va nous plonger dans un monde où les gens vont se sentir jugés, sous pression et stressés en permanence, tout cela pour favoriser un sentiment de contrôle général. Je trouve aussi qu'il faut pouvoir faire confiance aux personnes qui ont prouvé leurs compétences et ne pas donner la possibilité à tout en chacun de les évaluer dans l'anonymat, sans savoir qui est derrière l'écran. Je trouve que c'est pratiquement une forme de délation, soi-disant visant à une amélioration interminable des prestations des uns et des autres : qu'on laisse les gens respirer ! Voici donc mon avis.
