Maxime Lambert, Doctor of Osteopathy and graduate of ULB, founder of the Osmove method. My sports experience in the United States sparked a desire to better understand the human body and its biomechanics to reveal its true athletic potential. This led me to pursue osteopathic studies at ULB, in addition to the practical experience across Europe with healthcare professionals offering innovative approaches. The OSMOVE method is the result of my observations and experiences, adopting a unique and holistic vision for personalized treatment of pain, injury prevention, and improvement of movement capacity. The OSMOVE therapeutic method provides comprehensive care by combining various treatment techniques such as osteopathy, manual therapy, cupping, dry needling, breathing techniques, proprioception, preventive exercises, and functional movements. I selectively draw from this toolkit tailored to each individual's personal goals. With the OSMOVE method, I collaborate with you to unveil what your body is inherently designed to achieve: regain control of your movements and become the architect of your own health.
