  • Gestion du stress

    Mon fils de 11 ans souffre de crise d'angoisse nocturne. Difficultés d'endormissement à la maison, ne dort pas si on est pas à la maison, refus de dormir ailleurs, famille, amis,... Suivi d'un hypnothérapeute peu concluant. N'a plus voulu y aller... Mais plus il grandit plus il angoisse... On me conseille la sophrologie.. On a fait aussi de la micro kiné mais il était plus petit... Merci de me conseiller

    • Désolé pour cette situation. Avez-vous consulté votre médecin ? Qu'en pense-t-il ? Je pense qu'il faut d'abord comprendre la cause des crises d'angoisse avant de trouver une solution. Un psychologue pourrait peut-être être la figure de référence. Ensuite, des traitements comme l'ostéopathie ou la kinésiologie peuvent aider, mais je crois qu'il faut d'abord comprendre la situation

    Je souffre depuis 5 ans d'arnoldite ou cervicalgie céphalées de tension. On a rien trouvé dans les scanners et radios...mais je souffre tous les jours je n'en peux plus.
