Je l'ai choisi parce que c'était le rdv le plus rapidement disponible mais je ne suis pas déçu : bon accueil et prise en charge rapide, quant au Dr, elle est vraiment aux soins de ton œil. Calme, méticuleuse ... On sent qu'elle sait ce qu'elle fait ! Je la recommande vivement

Très bon résumé de mon état , malheureusement négatif . Nous attendions un miracle, mais ce n'est pas possible. Mais nous gardons toujours l'espoir d'une toute petite amélioration que la Doctoresse pourrais nous proposer dans 3 mois. Elle est très compétente et professionnelle ; nous lui faisons entièrement confiance pour le suivi.

le centre Val est en outre facilement accessible avec les transports en commun bus 36, arrêt devant le centre médical . La réception vous aide dans le dédale de la mutuelle et des assurances complémentaires

Almost one hour of delay. I paid the consultation before the appointment, and an extra after the appointment. I asked why not just paying all at once at the end, I was told they charge at the beginning because some people left without paying (it is the first time I go through this at any doctor in Brussels). Very noisy, as the people in reception were talking loud. Maybe that is the reason why some people left without paying, if they are so distracted… I will not come back, nor recommend it to any of my friends.

Pendant les test le personnel est surtout occupé à parler entre elles d'anecdote, on a l'impression de gêner. Quant à la doc, un peu blasée, critique et je ne l'ai pas trouvée particulièrement sympathique.
