J'ai reçu de la doctoresse Chaves une attention inespérée à une époaue ou l'empathie fait gravement défaut dans les rapports humains. Elle pratique l' Art de guérir avec une tres haute compétence et une réelle bienveillance. Elle m'a tres patiemment guidé dans ma décision de recourir à une chirurgie de la cataracte et je ne peux que me féliciter de l'avoir suivie dans ses précieux conseils. Une préparation remarquable, une ponctualité dans nos rendez-vous très satisfaisante et une opération dont je suis complètement satisfait. Un grand merci.

Ils ont aite tres amiables et ont acceptee de me voir moi aussi (le rdv était juste pour ma fille), mais on a du attendre presque 2 heures a la salle d’attente.

Chère patiente, Chaque urgence ou simple contrôle ajouté à une consultation en dernier minute est toujours selon votre demande pour vous faire plaisir. Les patients prévus en avance dans l'agenda sont prioritaires, pour raisons évidentes... le choix est à vous: d'attendre sur place pour être ajoutée à la consultation le jour même (RDV non prévu dans l'agenda) ou si vous préférez, vous pouvez attendre quelques mois et revenir quand vous arrange bien. J'espère compter sur votre comprehension. Bien à vous

J'avais RV pour une petite boule à la paupière que je souhaite faire enlever. Après avoir payé 85 eur à l'avance, j'ai attendu 45 min dans la salle d'attente. Puis ils m'ont fait faire des test que je n'ai pas demandé. Enfin je rencontre l'ophtamologue qui me fait encore faire des tests de vue pour me dire qu j'ai besoin de corrections pour mes lunettes (sans me prescrire les corrections nécessaires). De nouveau ce n'était pas le but de la visite. Après être resté 10 min l'ophtalmo elle dit de reprendre un RV pour ma boule à la paupière. 280 € l'intervention. Je n'ai pas donné de suite.J'ai donc payé 85 eur pour attendre 45 min, et pour me dire qu'il faillait de nouvelles lunettes et pour me dire que enlever la petite boule nécessite une oprération chirugicale.
