25 minutes max chrono dans le cabinet et échec de l'hypnose, il n'a pas réussi à m’hypnotisé, 90 euros pour rien, ca fait mal quand même.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Je ne peux que recommander Julien Rodeau les yeux fermés. Avant de le rencontrer, j’avais une relation compliquée avec le sucre : beaucoup d’impulsions, peu de contrôle, et surtout une vraie frustration au quotidien. Aujourd’hui, tout a changé. Grâce à son accompagnement, j’ai vécu une véritable transformation. Je ne ressens plus ces envies irrépressibles de sucre. J’ai retrouvé une relation saine, apaisée et surtout consciente avec l’alimentation. Ce qui est incroyable, c’est que je ne suis pas dans la restriction — bien au contraire. Si j’ai envie d’un chocolat, je le déguste avec plaisir, en pleine conscience. Ce n’est plus une compulsion, c’est un choix. Julien m’a permis de me reconnecter à mon corps, à mes sensations et au plaisir de manger. Une vraie libération. Un accompagnement bienveillant, profond et efficace que je recommande à toute personne souhaitant retrouver l’équilibre sans frustration. Merci infiniment 🙏

C’était ma première séance d’hypnose et ma première rencontre avec Julien Rodot, et j’ai adoré cette expérience. Julien m’a immédiatement mise à l’aise : il est très à l’écoute, explique chaque étape avec clarté et prend le temps de donner de précieux conseils avant de commencer. La séance s’est déroulée dans une grande sérénité, et je me suis sentie nettement plus légère et détendue en repartant. Je recommande sans hésiter.
