Who am I?

I have been a medical doctor for nearly 15 years, and both my professional and personal journey have led me to explore the human experience far beyond symptoms alone.

Over the years, through different encounters and my own personal journey, I have developed an integrative approach that brings together medicine, psychology, the body, and the emotional world.

Today, I support people who are going through periods of transition, stress, or loss of direction, as well as those who simply feel the need to understand themselves more deeply, reconnect with their energy, and create a life that feels more aligned with who they truly are.

My approach

Every person comes with a unique story, different needs, and their own pace. This is why I do not offer a one-size-fits-all method, but rather a personalised approach that can integrate several complementary practices:

Psychological Coaching

To better understand your patterns, transform those that may be limiting you, improve your relationship with yourself, and help prevent emotional exhaustion.

Gentle Hypnosis

To access your inner resources, work through certain blocks, and support the changes you wish to make in your life.

Acupuncture based on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)

To support the body's overall balance and address issues such as stress, sleep difficulties, digestive problems, pain, or fatigue.

Body-Based Approaches and Somatic Trauma work

To work with bodily sensations and the nervous system, particularly when certain experiences or emotions continue to manifest through the body.

Exploring Ikigai and Meaning

To clarify what deeply motivates you, identify your values, and explore the direction you want to give your life.

Why this approach?

My medical background has taught me how to observe, listen, and understand the body. My journey through psychological, body-based, and complementary approaches has gradually led me to broaden this perspective.

Today, I see each person as a whole: their body, emotions, personal history, inner resources, and what gives meaning to their life.
