Si votre médecin généraliste n’est pas disponible, n’hésitez à pas prendre rendez-vous avec un autre généraliste du centre Nireta: Dr Henry, Dr Lalani, Dr van der Vaeren, Dr Wissanji. 

S’il n’y a plus de disponibilité de rendez-vous en ligne et que votre demande est urgente, merci de contacter le secrétariat médical au 0495 92 14 98 (pas de SMS!). Un médecin vous recontactera afin de fixer un rendez-vous. 


En cas de nécessité d'une consultation en dehors des heures ouvrables (lundi au vendredi de 08h-19h), merci de contacter la garde bruxelloise au 1733. En cas d'urgence vitale, contacter le 112 ou présentez-vous aux urgences. 


Merci d'annuler le rendez-vous en cas d'empêchement dans les 24h. 

Tout rendez-vous non honoré vous sera facturé 10 euros, sans remboursement par la mutuelle. 


Afin de pouvoir garantir une qualité de soins, merci:

 - de prendre un rendez vous par patient. 

- de privilégier un motif de consultation par rendez-vous. 

- de penser à demander tous vos documents lors du rendez-vous (certificat, prescription, attestations). Toute prescription est précédée d'une consultation récente.
