Unfortunately, I was very dissatisfied with the experience. First, the appointment was significantly delayed. I waited until the end of the first slot with nobody connected or informing me. Then I had to switch to another time slot and then waited an additional 20 minutes. I understand delays can happen if a doctor is busy, but there was no clear communication or update. More importantly, during the call the doctor seemed impatient, as if she wanted to end the consultation quickly. This came across as unprofessional and disrespectful to me. I contacted the doctor because I have a facial skin allergy and wrote my situation in the message to her beforehand. She repeatedly said she would need to examine it in person, which I can understand, but she also said she would send me the name of a temporary cream to use in the meantime. I have not received any message or recommendation since the call. The negative experience discourages me from using this platform again.
