Dr Olivia Mathot is a dermatologist, graduated from the Université Libre de Bruxelles, where she completed her specialization in dermatology and venereology with high distinction in 2025.

Bonjour, Je suis désolée de lire que votre rendez-vous n’a pas pu avoir lieu. Il doit toutefois y avoir eu un malentendu, car j’étais bien présente au cabinet et mes consultations se sont déroulées normalement. La porte d’entrée du cabinet est effectivement assez lourde et doit être poussée assez fermement pour s’ouvrir. Une affiche apposée sur la porte précise aux patients ayant RDV qu’ils peuvent entrer directement et s’installer dans la salle d’attente, et que je viendrai les y chercher. Lorsque je suis en consultation, je ne suis évidemment pas en mesure de surveiller en permanence l’entrée du cabinet. Si vous êtes resté à l’extérieur sans parvenir à entrer, je n’avais donc malheureusement aucun moyen de savoir que vous étiez arrivé. N’hésitez pas à me communiquer la date et l’heure de votre rendez-vous afin que je puisse vérifier précisément ce qu’il s’est passé.
