Hello Sir, First of all, you booked an appointment with me on Doctoranytime at my office, even though I normally do not provide home sessions, as all of my equipment is located at the practice. I accepted to come to you as a favor, since you had no one else available. Unfortunately, I was delayed at the hospital, and in order not to arrive late, I preferred to cancel and reschedule for the following day. What’s more, your prescription clearly stated that I had to wait 7 days — by coming the next day, we respected the 7-day interval, not 6. I find it unfair of you to claim otherwise, as during our session we worked on your hip’s range of motion, walking, and cycling. It was a first session, during which I also took your medical history — that lasted around 15 minutes — followed by another 15 minutes of exercises. Given the nature of your surgery, there were many contraindications, and the risk of dislocation is high if not handled with caution, so the work we could do was necessarily limited. I then had to cancel the second session because I fell ill and was placed on mandatory sick leave by my doctor — something I could not have anticipated.
