Clinical psychologist, Estelle Thirifays welcomes adults and young adults for individual support in the context of various problems such as mood disorders, burn-out, addiction, emotional disorders, phobias, anxieties but also any questioning or suffering related to your personal, family or professional life. It can be a moment of crisis linked to a life event (separation, bereavement, illness) or a broader questioning. The follow-up can be short or long term depending on the request.

When we are confronted with an obstacle, a stress or a particular life event, it is often interesting to ask ourselves the question: finally, why do I act like this? Have I always functioned this way? But what does change mean?

Además de mi consulta privada en español y francés en Gante, trabajo desde hace 20 años como psicóloga en institución con niños, adolescentes, jovénes adultos, familias y referentes sociales.

Mi trabajo de consulta se dirige a adultos, adolescentes y niños que se encuentran frente a situaciones o relaciones difíciles, tienen necesidad de traducir en palabras un sufrimiento presente desde hace tiempo o dificltades recurrentes. Sentimiento de ansiedad y/o depresivo, una puesta en cuestion de la vida de pareja, de una situación en el trabajo, de una situación a la cual los confronta el desarraigo.

Niños, adolescentes y padres que encuentran problemas relacionados con la escolaridad, angustias infantiles, problemas de dependencia, desintéres por la escuela y el aprendizaje, que atraviesan un periodo de malestar o que presentan problemas de concentración.

Orientación hacia profesionales psicólogos o psiquiatras de habla holandesa y/o inglesa.

Ella Salgo is a licensed psychologist, graduated in Psychology in 2020 at the University of Szeged (Hungary), and specializes in CBT and systemic therapy. She has been practicing as a psychologist since 2020 and welcomes you in her office at the Centre Mon Verger in Etterbeek on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. She can express herself in Hungarian and English.

Psychotherapist with an analytical orientation. In addition to my private practice, I work in several health care institutions (Psychiatric Centers, Outpatient Services for drug addicts, Mental Health Services, Family Planning Centers, Maison Verte). My care practice is based on verbal exchange and its elaboration. It is an active listening that takes into account the singularity of each person as well as their request. I receive in consultation all persons struggling with a malaise, a symptom or a questioning.
