Clinical psychologist graduated in 2016 from the Université Libre de Bruxelles, I have since had the opportunity to work in several institutions welcoming people with various pathologies: autism, psychological disorders, dysphasia, deafness, etc. My professional experiences have been varied and rich in lessons. I am now opening my own practice to accompany children, adolescents and adults in the form of individual interviews. In order to broaden my skills, I am also training in sign language in Ixelles. Psychologue clinicienne agréée, je reçois des adultes en individuel, en couple ou accompagné de leurs proches dans un cadre chaleureux, sécurisant et bienveillant. Ma pratique est « intégrative » : je m’appuie sur le courant systémique et l’approche humaniste, tout en y ajoutant des outils TCCE et de l’hypnose en fonction de vos besoins. Je travaille également beaucoup avec les émotions, la thérapie ACT et différents médias (livre, image, vidéo, métaphore, Dixit, ...).

Le principe essentiel dans ma rencontre avec vous est la co-construction : vous êtes le mieux placé pour savoir ce que vous vivez et ressentez et je me positionne comme une aide à votre propre exploration. Je vois mon métier comme l’accompagnement de mes patients dans la compréhension et l’appropriation de leur existence, ainsi que dans leurs propres transformations. C’est pourquoi une séance avec moi est un véritable échange et non pas une discussion à sens unique.

Mes domaines de prédilection sont les questions existentielles, le rapport aux autres, la gestion des émotions, l’assertivité et confiance en soi ainsi que les troubles de l'humeur et le burnout professionnel.
