A psychologist by training, I began training in hippotherapy and animal mediation at the beginning of my master's degree. During my studies I was particularly interested in issues such as harassment, palliative care, parenthood and disability. I continue to educate myself in these different areas through various trainings. I work in a therapy center from Monday to Saturday in Chaumont-Gistoux and in parallel I participate in the implementation and supervision of the pedagogical project of the Asbl Rire et grandir which welcomes children from 0 to 5 years old. Different issues can be worked on during therapy sessions: -disability -burn-out -palliative care -support in the face of illness -mourning support -harassment -personal development

I am a clinical psychologist, trained in victimology and psycho-traumatology and in continuing education in cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy at the Université Libre de Bruxelles. In parallel to my consultation, I work in the Mental Health Service of the Province of Brabant Wallon in Tubize with adults and adolescents. As a person and a psychologist, I have always valued listening and empathy. Thus, the welcome and the non-judgmental attitude that I guarantee to my patients, allow me to create a secure relationship with them, characterized by benevolence. My practice is characterized by the use of various tools such as relaxation, anchoring and self-hypnosis techniques. The patient can learn to use these tools to work through his or her emotions and experience them more serenely. The establishment of a trusting and collaborative relationship between the patient and myself is essential in order for us to work together. In this way, the support that I will offer the patient will allow him/her to have a space where he/she can free his/her speech and verbalize his/her emotions, so that we can make sense of what he/she is going through. Hello, I am an approved and supervised clinical psychologist, with a master’s degree from the Free University of Brussels. Trained in the impact of the COVID pandemic, in supporting people experiencing burnout and in psychological assessments, I offer follow-up in French or English to adults and teenagers. My therapeutic approach is intended to be inclusive and active both in listening and in discussions, it is part of an integrative approach and adapts to your pace. Together we create your space for speech and security in an empathetic and caring framework. In sessions, if necessary, I use various media to support expression, such as metaphors, photo-expression, role-playing, Dixit or even drawing. In person or by video conference, you choose the place that suits you best to meet. I welcome you Monday and Tuesday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Wednesday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. and every other Saturday until 6 p.m. at my office located in the Ama Sana center, rue Borrens n° 37 in 1050 Ixelles or by video consultation .

As a licensed clinical psychologist, my therapeutic practice is based on a holistic approach to the individual, taking into account emotions, thoughts, body, behavior, spirituality and environment. My background has given me clinical experience in various fields: chronic stress, burn-out, depression, anxiety, cancer, trauma, chronic pain and psychosomatics. The therapeutic work I propose is based on brief therapy and reassociative trauma psychotherapy (RTTP). RTP is a therapeutic tool practiced with the help of strategic conversational hypnosis used for the desensitization of traumatic events whose goal is to reassociate and rebalance the different cognitive, emotional and physical perceptions in order to decrease the traumatic load. During a session, we dialogue and co-construct in order to create the conditions of change that you want to see in your life, the objective being that you can regain control over your emotions and physical sensations. My professional and personal experience also allows me to offer you mind-body tools such as relaxation, breathing, bodyscan and yoga, and psychoeducation if you suffer from chronic pain. I invite you to express yourself in a caring, empathetic and non-judgmental listening space in order to explore together what you are experiencing and to offer you a therapeutic accompaniment that takes into account your problematic and your singularity. I offer consultations for adults, in individual interviews, going through the following difficulties - Chronic and psychosomatic pain (fibromyalgia, polyarthritis, headaches, back pain, gastrointestinal disorders,...) - Anxiety, phobias - Chronic stress, exhaustion, burn-out - Difficulties related to hypersensitivity.
