Margot Bouguet receives adolescents, adults and seniors on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays at Psy 503, a group of mental health professionals who offer a place to listen, support and provide a safe place to explore what is causing suffering in your life. Therapy is only available in French I have been an analytically oriented psychotherapist for several years in Brussels, more precisely in Laeken. I did a 3 year training in a recognized and official organization in Belgium. I am still training today. I have done a long personal analytical work of several years. With my patients, I work in depth on the link between the crisis of the moment (what brings the patient to consult, what we call the symptom) and his history in order to be able to interrupt this cycle of repetition. At the beginning of the therapeutic follow-up, there are first preliminary interviews in order to analyze your request, to get to know you and to consider if a collaboration is possible between you and me. These interviews vary between 2 and 3 sessions, they are a first contact. They are important in the sense that they allow you to know if you feel heard. It will also be an opportunity for you and me to reflect on the therapeutic work that we will do together. I am particularly keen that the patient is an actor and active in his or her work, which I believe is a source of real progress. I listen to your symptoms while trying to understand their meaning in the moment. It goes without saying that the confidentiality of the interviews is of the utmost importance. I welcome all types of patients in psychological suffering.

COACHING VIE PRIVÉE ET PROFESSIONNELLE. Dans un premier temps, nous définissons précisément ensemble l’objectif que vous souhaitez atteindre.

Ensuite je vous aide à vous libérer des croyances invalidantes et à vous ouvrir à la complexité du réel pour atteindre votre objectif.

RISQUES PSYCHOSOCIAUX. J’assiste les différents niveaux de management concernés et impliqués, à repérer les signes de mal-être au travail et à les gérer le cas échéant.

I consult every Monday afternoon from 1pm to 6pm at Rue de Tenbosch 85, office n°4. My main objective is to provide psychological support to my patients, using attentive and empathetic listening.
