My practice is based on cognitive-behavioral and emotional therapies, such as ACT therapy (acceptance and commitment therapy) and schema therapy, to help you build a more fulfilled and balanced life. Psychologue clinicienne agréée à la Commission belge des Psychologues, référencée au numéro 932226806, je suis diplômée d'un Master en sciences psychologiques, à finalité spécialisée en psychologie clinique et psychopathologie à l'Université Libre de Bruxelles. Je suis également coach de vie et coach pédagogique. Il est important pour moi de m'outiller au mieux et dans différents domaines afin de vous pour proposer un accompagnement le plus complet possible. J'ai étudié la psychologie clinique car il m'est primordial de travailler sur le fond et sur la source du problème. Cependant, je trouve important de vous proposer un accompagnement proactif, c'est pour cette raison que j'ai ajouté le coaching à mon arc. Travailler sur le fond tout en s'outillant de petites tâches à accomplir au quotidien est donc ma manière d'aborder le travail thérapeutique. I am a registered clinical psychologist, graduated from the Université Libre de Bruxelles, and I have at heart to understand the human being and to help him/her as well as possible to face the events of his/her life. The individual is not reduced to his dysfunctions but is in constant evolution in his search for well-being and fulfillment. In the continuity of Carl Rogers' humanistic psychology, I believe in the valorization of each person's potential and in his or her ability to integrate and overcome difficulties. The proposed consultations take place in a warm, caring and non-judgmental environment, where all subjects can be discussed. In this space co-constructed with the patient, my role will be to accompany you in exploring and expressing your experiences, but also to welcome and help you understand the difficulties you are facing at this particular moment of your life. As a therapist, it is essential for me to offer you an intervention that takes into account the uniqueness of each person. Depending on your request, the treatment can be punctual or prolonged, adapted to your rhythm and your real needs. I propose accompaniment for all adults in suffering for different requests such as: relational or emotional difficulties, search for meaning, self-esteem, ill-being, management of stress/anguishments, depressions, dependencies...

Zélie Huvelle, psychologist, graduated from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB) with a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology and Psychopathology in 2019 and from the Université Catholique de Louvain (UCLouvain) with a University Certificate in Applied Clinical Sexology in 2021. She specializes in individual consultations and questioning around the topics of sexual orientations and gender identities (LGBTQIA+).

Exerçant comme psychologue depuis maintenant presque 8 ans, mon parcours a été riche de diverses expériences, notamment en milieu hospitalier, dans la prévention au suicide, dans l’aide à la jeunesse et en milieu scolaire. J’aspire à vous permettre de naviguer de façon plus sereine à travers vos difficultés, à vous aider à les appréhender sous un autre regard, ceci à l’aide des ressources déjà présentes en vous ou nouvellement trouvées. Dans un cadre soutenant et au rythme qui est le vôtre, je vous accompagnerai à (re)trouver un équilibre momentanément peu ou pas accessible. Les difficultés rencontrées peuvent toucher à différents domaines tels que : la dépression, l’anxiété, les problématiques identitaires, les problématiques relationnelles, la gestion des émotions, l’estime de soi/confiance en soi, le deuil, les traumas, les plaintes psychosomatiques,... Je reçois également les enfants à partir de l’âge de 6 ans, incluant un travail systémique avec les parents.
