Je suis psychothérapeute, je m’occupe d’adultes, et de couples. Mon principal outil est La gestalt thérapie mais je m’aide également d’autres techniques de psychothérapie telles que l’analyse transactionnelle, la PNL, la logosynthèse, la thérapie brève, etc. Mon rôle est d’accompagner les personnes en difficulté afin qu’elles puissent cerner les manques, les dysfonctionnements qui les empêchent d’aller vers un mieux, et ainsi trouver l’alternative qui leur convient dans leur vécu actuel. Mon approche s’adapte aux besoins de chacun : désir de recherche en profondeur sur soi, son existence, résolution de problèmes ponctuels, ou accompagnement d’une problématique de couple. C’est-à-dire que je vais apporter au patient une certaine connaissance, une certaine éducation à la sexualité et qu’ensuite nous allons ensemble remettre en question le comportement appris jusqu’ici pour y apporter des changements progressifs au fil des séances. En parallèle j’irai voir dans l’histoire du patient, ce qui a pu créer le problème qui existe aujourd’hui. Mon cabinet dispose d’un accès facile par les transports en commun.
