The physiotherapist, Frédéric Weerlitzer, specialized in orthopedics, traumatology and sports pathologies, graduated from the HELB in 2000. He has been a physical therapist at the RSCA training center since 2005. He welcomes you at the Kio Medical Center every day by appointment.

Anne-Véronique Brodsky, physiotherapist, graduated from the Université Libre de Bruxelles where she obtained her degree in physiotherapy and rehabilitation in 2002. She is specialized in urogynecology and lymphatic drainage. She receives you in Brussels in the Michel-Ange Center at Avenue Michel-Ange 54 and in the "Fais pas ton Marolle" center in Brussels at 265 rue Haute. Specialized in lymphatic drainage and urogynecology, she practices abdominal re-education, she takes care of lumbago, joint problems and neck pain. J’interviens notamment dans la prise en charge du cancer du sein (suite d’intervention chirurgicale, gestion des douleurs, récupération de la mobilité, prévention et traitement du lymphœdème), avec un suivi adapté à chaque étape du parcours.

Je prends également en charge les troubles de la mâchoire, notamment en cas de douleurs, de bruxisme ou de céphalées, en travaillant sur la diminution des tensions et l’amélioration de la fonction.

En parallèle, je propose des séances de kinésithérapie générale (douleurs musculo-squelettiques, rééducation fonctionnelle, reprise d’activité), avec une prise en charge individualisée.

Petra Remetean is a physical therapist practicing at Clinic 53. She graduated in physical therapy at KU Leuven in 2014. She is specialized in sports injuries, rehabilitation, back and joint problems. She welcomes you on Tuesday and Thursday from 1pm to 7pm at Clinic 53.

I worked for 3 years in Portugal as a physiotherapist and I used that time to invest as much as I could in courses so that I could provide quality treatments to my patients. 

My main goal is to continue investing in gaining more and more knowledge so that I can apply it in my clinical practice. I'm a big fan of quality treatments and good follow-up with patients. That makes all the difference to the patient's progress.

I'm very involved in the musculoskeletal area and for this reason I treat pathologies such as back, shoulder, elbow, knee pain, I work a lot on post-operative rehabilitation and also with tendonitis, bursitis and calcifications.

I love doing treatments that involve acupuncture because I really like the quick and long-lasting results, and acupuncture allows me to do that. That's why I really enjoy combining my knowledge of physiotherapy with my knowledge of acupuncture (traditional Chinese medicine).

Located in Forest, on the border of Ixelles, St-Gilles and Uccle, Claire is oriented towards the care of musculoskeletal pain. She receives you for orthopedic treatments, post-operation, scoliosis, or for global muscular reinforcement in prevention of sports injuries. She is particularly interested in shoulder pain, low back pain and neck pain as well as issues related to chronic pain. Trained and certified in STOTT Pilates, she incorporates it into her treatments in order to help patients strengthen their muscles and develop their proprioception. Her goal is to bring people to know their body better and to use it without fear. She regularly trains and questions herself in order to provide her patients with treatments that are validated by the scientific community while being oriented by her own qualities as well as by the individuality of each patient. She transmits her knowledge to the patient and guides him/her in order to make him/her autonomous in his/her treatment and to keep the acquired knowledge beyond the consultation period.
