    Bonjour, j’ai hyper mal à mon épaule, je pense avoir une entorse ou avoir froissé mon épaule, que faire ?

    • D'abord essayez de ne pas forcer l'épaule pour le moment. Il faudra appliquer de la glace 2x par jour pour 10 min et d'envisager voir un specialiste de l'épaule ou de faire une échographie.

    Quelle stratégie dois-je faire pour résoudre le problème de scoliose ?

    • Ca dépend de votre age. Normalement il faudra faire bcp d'exercices et stretching pour renforcer le dos.

  • Douleur au genou

    Bonjour, suite a une luxation de genou gauche depuis octobre, je ne peux déplier ma jambe à la marche, gonflement ++, chaleur ++, douleurs constantes. irm RAS, echo RAS radio RAS, mon kiné me parle de la graisse de Hoffa .... cela fait 3 mois que je souffre et trimballée à gauche et à droite ... cela est possible que ce soit cela ? traitement compliqué?

    • C'est possible. Je vous conseil de essayer la Therapie Tecar et le laser, pour racoursir le temps de la revalidation. Bien a vous, Petra
