Located in Forest, on the border of Ixelles, St-Gilles and Uccle, Claire is oriented towards the care of musculoskeletal pain. She receives you for orthopedic treatments, post-operation, scoliosis, or for global muscular reinforcement in prevention of sports injuries. She is particularly interested in shoulder pain, low back pain and neck pain as well as issues related to chronic pain. Trained and certified in STOTT Pilates, she incorporates it into her treatments in order to help patients strengthen their muscles and develop their proprioception. Her goal is to bring people to know their body better and to use it without fear. She regularly trains and questions herself in order to provide her patients with treatments that are validated by the scientific community while being oriented by her own qualities as well as by the individuality of each patient. Claire est une kiné exceptionnelle. Elle m’a merveilleusement accompagnée durant ma revalidation après une opération d’hernie discale. Extrêmement professionnelle, à l’écoute et bienveillante, elle m’a redonné confiance. Les séances sont progressives et j’ai constaté une amélioration semaine après semaine. Prise en charge efficace et conseils précieux. Je recommande les yeux fermés à 100 % !

Claire Dufeil m'aide énormément pour mon handicap : le SEDh (Syndrome Ehlers-Danlos de type hypermobile). Nos séances travaillent sur mes douleurs chroniques, musculaires, articulaires. Mme Dufeil comprend mon hypermobilité, mon Autisme, et mon TDAH. Elle s'adapte à ma manière de communiquer et mes difficultés de proprioception. Je me sens compris, écouté, et en sécurité. Mme Dufeil m'aide pour l'équilibre postural, la respiration du diaphragme, le renforcement musculaire, la stabilisation des articulation.

Madame Dufeil est à l’écoute, délicate et efficace, prend bien le temps d’expliquer et s’assurer de la bonne compréhension. On se sent pris en considération amplifié par le fait qu’elle utilisera plusieurs techniques afin d’obtenir le résultat escompté. Je recommande vivement pour un soulagement et rétablissement rapide.

    Hello, my shoulder is about a few centimeters out of place since i landed on it strangely. My question is how serious this can be since I still have full range of motion although it does feel unstable in certain positions when I do sports and which doctor I need to see to put it back into place.
