My practice is based on collaboration with the patient in order to respond precisely to the request expressed and to set the objectives to be reached. I work through caring, confidentiality and deep respect by adopting an integrative approach and active listening. Depending on the request, therapies can be brief or prolonged.

As a licensed clinical psychologist, my therapeutic practice is based on a holistic approach to the individual, taking into account emotions, thoughts, body, behavior, spirituality and environment. My background has given me clinical experience in various fields: chronic stress, burn-out, depression, anxiety, cancer, trauma, chronic pain and psychosomatics. The therapeutic work I propose is based on brief therapy and reassociative trauma psychotherapy (RTTP). RTP is a therapeutic tool practiced with the help of strategic conversational hypnosis used for the desensitization of traumatic events whose goal is to reassociate and rebalance the different cognitive, emotional and physical perceptions in order to decrease the traumatic load. During a session, we dialogue and co-construct in order to create the conditions of change that you want to see in your life, the objective being that you can regain control over your emotions and physical sensations. My professional and personal experience also allows me to offer you mind-body tools such as relaxation, breathing, bodyscan and yoga, and psychoeducation if you suffer from chronic pain. I invite you to express yourself in a caring, empathetic and non-judgmental listening space in order to explore together what you are experiencing and to offer you a therapeutic accompaniment that takes into account your problematic and your singularity. I offer consultations for adults, in individual interviews, going through the following difficulties - Chronic and psychosomatic pain (fibromyalgia, polyarthritis, headaches, back pain, gastrointestinal disorders,...) - Anxiety, phobias - Chronic stress, exhaustion, burn-out - Difficulties related to hypersensitivity. More generally, I accompany and support you in your personal, relational, marital and professional difficulties in order to remobilize your resources and find motivation, joy of living, self-confidence and self-esteem.

My clinical training began as an intern in clinical psychology at the psychiatric unit within "Hospital General de Agudos Dr. Teodoro Alvarez" (Buenos Aires, 4years), ending up as Instructor of interns (1 year). Along the following decades, I've been working in the private medical health sector (+10 years) I consider continuous training as the basis of my clinical performance being my practice oriented by evidence-based approaches, such as cognitive behavioral treatments (CBT), and neuropsychology applied to mental health problems. During the meetings, a central place is given to defining problems, goals and approaches. As a team of work both client and therapist, work collaboratively with an active participation in the process. I´m a native Spanish speaker. Clinical psychologist graduated from UCLouvain, I specialize in the Person-Centered and Experiential approach founded by Carl Rogers (University certificate in PCPE at UCLouvain). My experiences in Belgium and abroad have been through contact with individuals with varied profiles, suffering from social isolation, with mood disorders or even with or without disabilities. I will support you in working through your difficulties and your personal journey. In work, among other things, anxiety, mourning, burnout, depressive feelings, isolation, search for meaning. My work is rooted in a humanist approach to therapeutic work which is expressed in the care I pay to empathy, unconditional positive consideration of the person and authenticity.
