Mostly ONLINE and IN-Person by arrangement - I'm an experienced Workplace Psychologist who supports individuals just like you, to move past stress and stagnation and in to growth and well-being in both your personal and professional life.


I will assist you overcome current challenges and help you build upon strengths and grow in confidence. My approach is gentle but clear. Together, we will explore your goals and areas for growth to create realistic plans that give you control. Offer you guidance & encouragement, as need it along the way.


When we start to work together, it is important that you always get the best from me. With that in mind, I always offer in between session support, via WhatsApp & email, at no extra charge, to help you stay on track. Similarly, if our work together does not suit you or your situation we will discuss it openly and amicably arrange to stop at any point.

Chintha Dissanayake demonstrated remarkable adaptability throughout the sessions, consistently adjusting her approach to meet my need as a patient and emotional state. Her respectful attitude created a safe and trusting environment, encouraging open and honest communication.     I need a method of coping with anxiety and stress. I come to the point where the brain cannot find the way out and I start having physical problems with stomach issues. I know that everything is connected and I need advice how to deal with it.

    • When we feel anxious or stressed, it’s really common for the mind to get stuck in loops of worry or self-criticism. And because mind and body are so closely connected, those loops often show up physically too — things like stomach tension, racing heart, or feeling on edge.
