I'm a psychologist graduated from the Catholic University of Louvain. I spent more than 10 years in the business world where I had the opportunity to observe people facing change, conflict situations, burnout and the desire for professional retraining. Margot Bouguet receives adolescents, adults and seniors on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays at Psy 503, a group of mental health professionals who offer a place to listen, support and provide a safe place to explore what is causing suffering in your life. Graduated in psychology and educational sciences in 2009, I have worked in various sectors of clinical psychology. I first worked with children and adolescents suffering from autism, psychosis and severe neurosis, and then opened my own practice. Trained in psychoanalytical and systemic practices, I now work both as a clinical manager in a child psychiatric hospital and as a psychotherapist with a varied patient base, children, adolescents or adults, in individual, couple and/or family settings. I treat various psychological disorders (attachment disorders, addiction, depression, anxiety, burn-out, school drop-out, autism spectrum disorders, psychotic disorders, ...).

Cynthia Delville is a clinical psychologist (UCLouvain) and psychotherapist in brief systemic therapy and humanistic approach. She is trained in Ericksonian hypnosis, hippotherapy and art therapy. Throughout her career, she proposes a plural space with verbal and psycho-corporal approaches and the work of emotion regulation. Creative media, movement and dance are approached to facilitate personal expression and access to resources. As a hippotherapist, Cynthia also offers consultations in the observation of the relationship with the horse and in nature. She accompanies with flexibility in order to find the introspective images that will encourage inner reconnection: to oneself, to others and to the body.

Psychologue clinicienne et psychothérapeute, je propose un accompagnement psychologique aux enfants, adolescents et adultes, dans une perspective psychodynamique et analytique, plaçant le vécu du patient au centre de mes interventions. Psychologue conventionnée, j’adhère au réseau de soins psychologiques de première ligne et soins psychologiques spécialisés. Je reçois à mon cabinet, les vidéo-consultations sont également possibles. Mes expériences professionnelles de psychologue en hôpital psychiatrique et dans différents centres de consultation multidisciplinaire depuis presque 20 ans m’ont amenée à accueillir des souffrances psychiques touchant à la santé mentale générale telles que dépression, anxiété, troubles de la personnalité, burn-out, troubles relationnels, problèmes de couple,… Je suis par ailleurs plus précisément spécialisée dans la prise en charge des troubles alimentaires (anorexie-boulimie) et en psychologie périnatale (dépression post-partum, troubles des premiers liens, problèmes de sommeil de l’enfant,…).

Als klinisch psychologe voor volwassenen en kinderen ben ik op zoek gegaan naar een richting waar ik volop mijn passie kan ontplooien: resultaatgericht mensen begeleiden. Na een bijkomend postgraduaat - diagnostisch onderzoek bij kinderen en adolescente- heb ik me verder toegespitst op life coaching, coaching van kinderen en adolescenten. Aansluitend heb ik me bijgeschoold in de syteem-oplossingsgerichte psychotherapie. Na een boeiende ervaring met hypnotherapie heb ik hier ook een opleiding voor gevolgd om zo bepaalde problematieken nog intensiever te kunnen behandelen.

Formé à la psychanalyse d'orientation freudo-lacanienne, je vous accueille sur rendez-vous dans mon cabinet privé situé à Saint-Gilles.
