Michelle is a therapist at Think Outside. Michelle is known as a body-oriented - creative therapist, facilitator, coach, innovative and creative jack-of-all-trades. Doing and experiencing are central in this guidance. By actively working in the here and now with all kinds of visual materials, we can come to insight and growth. We approach all kinds of themes, problems, educational questions and much more in a creative way in order to bring back some perspective, breathing space and openness. Through all kinds of expressive possibilities (adapted to your size!) we will work with your thinking, acting and feeling. Together we will look at how we can give shape to your process. The following subjects can certainly come up for discussion: dealing with mourning, divorce, fears, depressed feelings, dealing with aggression, ASD, pedagogical questions, self-confidence and self-image, attention difficulties, ...

J’accompagne les personnes, les couples et les professionnels qui traversent une période de questionnement, de difficulté ou de transition. Ma pratique s’appuie sur l’approche systémique, qui considère que nos difficultés prennent souvent sens dans nos relations, notre environnement et les systèmes auxquels nous appartenons (famille, couple, travail, organisation…).

Ensemble, nous prenons le temps de comprendre ce qui se rejoue, ce qui bloque ou se répète, afin de faire émerger de nouvelles perspectives et des solutions concrètes, adaptées à votre réalité. Mon accompagnement vise à remettre du mouvement là où la situation semble figée, à clarifier vos enjeux et à renforcer vos ressources.

Je peux vous accompagner notamment en cas de difficultés relationnelles, de conflits, de mal-être, de stress, d’épuisement, de transitions de vie, de choix importants à poser ou lorsque vous ressentez le besoin d’y voir plus clair et de retrouver un équilibre.

Dans un cadre bienveillant, confidentiel et sans jugement, je vous propose un espace pour déposer ce qui vous pèse, prendre du recul et avancer à votre rythme vers des changements durables et alignés avec ce qui est important pour vous.
